Volunteer a small amount of time for a huge impact

Volunteering can take all shapes and sizes. We often don’t use our skill sets to volunteer for maximum impact.

Impact Marketing Sprints FAQs

How long is a sprint? and where?

We facilitate these sessions to have maximum impact in a few hours.

All Impact Marketing Sprints are in-person at this stage; to really get the benefits of this collaborative session.

What should I expect in the session?

The session will be facilitated by Chris Thornhill and Nicola Telford and will consist of a short introduction to the challenge from a member of the cause, followed by a number of brainstorming and group exercises, intended at getting the best from all of the minds in the room.

I'm quite new to marketing, can I participate?

Yes! This is an opportunity to learn with others and create an impact.

Time in a role is not a marker of your ability to contribute.

We aim to ensure there are many different perspectives in the room for optimal output. Everyone’s voice is encouraged!

What's the cost?

Sprints are free to attend but have limited space. We allocated slots on a first come first served basis when the participant call out goes out.

Can I do a Sprint with my team instead?

We offer tailored, facilitated sprint sessions for teams.

These are an opportunity to build team morale, have fun and create impact with your colleagues.

Get in touch with Nicola to discuss an in-house sprint session!

Can I choose which charity or cause I want to support?

We find charity and cause marketing problems that can be tackled in a sprint and make the most impact. A high level overview of the brief will be displayed in the event details.

If you would like to put an idea forward for a charity or cause that might like the support of the collective club mind; get in touch.

What is the output?

This depends on the marketing challenge the cause is facing.

A representative of the cause will attend the session to understand the thinking behind the proposed solutions.

We will also nominate a note-taker & provide an actionable document for the cause team to take forward and implement.

There are, of course, opportunities to provide follow up support if participants want.

Can we support a sprint with sponsorship?

Of course! There are options to sponsor the session financially or with offers to participants and the cause.

If you’re interested in sponsoring a sprint or have other ideas about how we can collaborate for impact; please contact Nicola to discuss.
